The afternoon features a contemporary take on classic winter comfort food. Our kitchen team focuses on deep flavours and precise techniques, ensuring every platter reflects the estate’s commitment to quality.

The kitchen team presents this mid-winter feast in an elegant, harvest-style layout, placing generous, large-format platters at the centre of each table to celebrate abundance and shared dining. 

• To Start: A freshly baked milkbun wreath served with a curated selection of flavoured butters. 
• The Main Event: Your choice of a central table roast, featuring classic choices like traditional turkey with cranberry sauce, basted festive gammon, or succulent roast chicken. 
• Accompaniments: A balance of hot seasonal side vegetables and a traditional potato salad. 
• The Grand Finale: Indulgent, canapé-style winter desserts anchored by our signature Benguela Christmas pudding.
